The staff was cute and helpful. They really enhanced my experience. My room included nice shutters. I found the decor and garden fine. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh items including fruit and pastries (I especially enjoyed the pancakes!).

The selection of English channels on the television was limited.

clean room comfortable room great selection antiquated system no instruction limited storage

the room was very very comfy and tidy. it included everything i could have asked for. breakfast had a great selection and tasted amazing. it was delicious.

The air conditioning system seemed antiquated with no instructions provided. it was difficult to operate effectively. there was no storage in the main bedroom at all. there were two wardrobes in the smaller room! each wardrobe had four hangers.

missing amenities faulty air conditioning

the staff was helpful when i needed directions.

my room lacked expected amenities. the air CONDITIONING was not working properly, it was quite annoying. there were no clear instructions, this made it difficult to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level. i also expected a kettle but one was not in the room.
